These are my type explorations playing with materials that form alphabets in collage, drawing, vector, and even glue that creates structure and movement. This is an a fun exercise to understand the principles of type in the most exciting way. Then the fold out pamphlet creates dimension and texture from how the type is treated and understanding legibility.

This project is based on how second generation is slowly detaching themselves from their culture. Such as not knowing their traditional language or following any indigenous foods
and traditions due to the assimilation in the American environment. I played with different mediums on how to convey this concept such as gifs, collage, illustrations, content, type
and image making.
